Saute and add ground pork until brown.
De glaze with black vinegar and rice/sherry vinegar.
Add light soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, Chinese black vinegar, sesame paste, chili garlic oil, and XO sauce.
Add finely ground Szechuan peppercorn.
Add noodles.
